Miklós and Zsolt would like to present a case study on their efforts to build and use Kilgray's TM Repository at Consell Pannonia. Consell Pannonia went through a major archiving project to create the information store to feed into the TM repository. Through this project Consell uncovered some organizational problems which led to an improvement of business processes and also cost savings on project management and hardware. They are now working towards implementing TM Repository into their daily operation to improve efficiency and leverage. Future plans include full automization of data upload and even preparation for domain-specific machine translation.
