• Check out the below conference packages and pick the one that suits you the most.
• Fill out the following registration form by clicking the icon below.

• Pay your registration fee in the Kilgray webshop by clicking the icons under memoQfest 2012 packages.
• It is essential that you both register for the conference and pay for it at the webshop.
• Make sure that you effect payment until the early bird date expires.
• Please check VAT any payment-related information at "Payment terms"
• When booking your flights and hotel rooms, please take into consideration that we organize a Train The Trainer event on 8 May and there will be excursions over the weekend (12 and 13 May). More information on these events will be available soon.

Workshop & Conference Package (9-11 May, 2012)

 

• Early bird rate (before April 4th) - 440 EUR (including VAT)
• Standard rate (April 4th) - 600 EUR (including VAT)

 

The Workshop & Conference package includes:

• free attendance for the pre-conference day (9 May, 2012) and the conference days (10-11 May, 2012) for one person
• coffee and snacks
• lunch
• entrance to a special networking event on the evening of the pre-conference day (9 May, 2012)
• the gala dinner (10 May, 2012)

 

Conference Package (10-11 May, 2012)

 

• Early bird rate (before April 4th) - 360 EUR (including VAT)
• Standard rate (April 4th) - 500 EUR (including VAT)
