Payment terms

If you wish to attend memoQfest and/or the workshops, please take the following steps:

  1. Register for the conference by filling out the following registration form.
  2. Register in the Kilgray webshop if you don't have an account
  3. Select the conference package you wish to buy
  4. Pay the registration fee in the webshop
  5. IMPORTANT: please buy this product in euro, as the memoQfest registration fees are only valid in euro. By paying in another currency, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay the difference between the euro price and the price in the currency you use for payment

VAT: the Republic of Hungary requires that we collect VAT for conference registration. The conference is a service which is consumed within the Republic of Hungary so you cannot claim that it is an export because you live abroad. The VAT rate in Hungary is 27%.
